Role:<\/b> Sales & Business Development Manager<\/span><\/p>\n

Based in<\/b>: Mumbai<\/span><\/p>\n

Work Timings:<\/b> 6 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm (Alternate Saturday)<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience required<\/b>: 2+ years of work experience in the interior products industry<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)<\/b><\/p>\n

We are looking to hire for the post of Sales Manager with a minimum experience of 2+ years in selling high end interior products to interior designers and end clients. <\/span>To excel in this role, you should be an expert in client servicing, have exceptional negotiation skills, have the ability to think on your toes, and be comfortable with multi-tasking and managing high pressure situations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are looking for ambitious incumbents who are capable of owning responsibility, from cold calls to the closure of business, all while maintaining a positive client relationship. If you are a go-getter with a proven track record of meeting targets,\u00a0 you will fit right in.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Attending walk-in clients<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and following up by cold calling to generate presentation meetings<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Contacting any inbound leads shared and focusing on conversion of the lead to business by developing quotes, visiting the site, submitting proposals and client servicing<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Daily update of the excel sheet and CRM software for all leads generated and shared and follow ups conducted<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers as well as channel partners in the territory assigned<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to capture relevant, good-quality content for marketing purposes\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay current on industry trends and connect with potential customers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Technical Requirements of the Role:<\/b><\/p>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline or a 12th graduate<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 2+ years of experience in selling high end interior products\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Working experience in using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point, etc<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Working experience in using Google products like Gmail, GDrive, Gsheets, etc<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Working experience of professional email writing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
